Reaching Actual Person at Avid

Does anyone know how to reach an actual person at Avid?
My Sibelius got corrupted and I can't open it. Because a former assistant left on bad terms I do not have the serial number. However, Avid must have it under my name. But to get past their phone bot you need info I don't have - Catch 22. Same with email.

Anyone have an "in"?

If not, email ingrid.guce@avid.com, who will likely be able to help.
